Product description

Applications

VECLEAN BLUE is used specifically for roll-on/roll-off vessels (RORO) and ferries. Its unique cleaning agents make it a very good cleaning product for bulkheads, decking, and loading bays where cars and trucks have been parked.

VECLEAN BLUE removes the stains made by car and truck exhausts. It also removes everyday grim and tyre marks from the loading decks.

Directions for use

RORO VESSELS & FERRIES
For use in high-pressure cleaner or steam-cleaning equipment:

Depending on how dirty the parts or surfaces to be cleaned are, 5 – 10% VECLEAN BLUE is injected through the high-pressure or steam-cleaning equipment.
The mixture of cleaning agent and steam is subsequently atomised against the dirty parts or surfaces with considerable force. After this cleaning procedure, any residues of cleaning agent are removed by a thorough post hand spraying equipment.

For stubborn areas, we recommend using a hand spray unit and neat product. Spray the VECLEAN BLUE onto the surface and allow the product to soak into the dirt. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes but do not let the product dry. Wash off with clean water or HP washer.

For tyre marks on decking:
Use the VECLEAN BLUE undiluted and let the product soak into the deck. Use a HP washer to hose down the area applied.

Standard packing

VECLEAN BLUE is usually available in plastic cans of 25 l and plastic drums of 200 l.
